We are the data controller for the personal data we collect on this website.

2. Legal basis

We process personal data on the following legal bases (GDPR art. 6):

• Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)): Anonymous first-party statistics via our own tracking system. IP addresses are hashed with a daily rotating salt and cannot be traced back to you. The purpose is to understand site usage and improve content.
• Consent (art. 6(1)(a)): Marketing cookies from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn are only activated if you explicitly accept them.
• Contract performance (art. 6(1)(b)): When you submit the contact or demo form, we process your information to respond to your inquiry.

3. What data we process

• Form data: Name, email, optional phone, company and message.
• Technical data: Hashed IP address (sha256 + daily salt — not reversible), hashed anonymous visitor ID (_ps_vid), browser, OS, device type and anonymous country code (from Accept-Language).
• Cookie preferences: Your category choices in the ps_consent cookie plus an audit log with timestamp and policy version.
• UTM parameters: Any marketing attribution parameters from the URL.

4. Retention periods

• Anonymous statistics rows (analytics_visits): 40 days.
• Form submissions: 90-365 days depending on status (closed 90 days, responded 365 days, new 180 days).
• Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe.
• Cookie consent audit log: 24 months.
• ps_consent browser cookie: 12 months.
• _ps_vid visitor ID cookie: 30 days rolling.

5. Recipients and processors

If you've given marketing consent, we share data with the following processors:

• Google LLC (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4) — USA
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) — EU/USA
• LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Insight Tag) — EU/USA

If you have not given marketing consent, no data is sent to these vendors.

6. Third-country transfers

Google and Meta are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). For transfers where DPF does not apply, we have entered into the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as the legal basis.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you have the following rights (GDPR art. 15-22):

• Access to the personal data we process about you (art. 15).
• Rectification of inaccurate information (art. 16).
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten", art. 17).
• Restriction of processing (art. 18).
• Data portability — receiving your data in a structured format (art. 20).
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21).
• Withdrawal of consent at any time (art. 7(3)) — use the "Cookie preferences" button below or write to us.
