Spec it, configure it, quote it - in the same call

Project-side storage sells through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: an architect with a vision, a project manager with a budget, a contractor with a deadline. Planner Studio gives B2B teams a 3D configurator they can drive in a meeting - configure the modular run, drop dimensions on, export a branded spec sheet, send the quote before anyone leaves the call.

Premium modular wardrobe in editorial setting

Project-side problems we hear in every kickoff call

  • Challenge

Specifiers ask for what they can't see

Architects sketch what they imagine, then your sales rep translates into modules, finishes, and dimensions. Half the gap-finding happens in email afterward, slowing the deal.

    Solution

Configure on the call, not after

Open the configurator on screen-share. Build the modular run together, toggle finish swatches, drop in room dimensions. The spec exists by end of meeting - identical to what gets quoted.

  • Challenge

    Quoting is paper-and-spreadsheet work

From sketch to quotable BOM is hours of cross-checking SKUs, finishes, and pricing tiers. Repeat for every revision.

    Solution

Branded PDF specs out of the box

Every saved configuration exports as a branded spec sheet with full BOM, dimensions, finish codes, and B2B pricing. Send it from the configurator to the architect's inbox - no spreadsheet, no internal back-and-forth.

  • Challenge

    Samples-to-decision takes weeks

Architects request swatches, sample modules, finish boards. Each shipment is a week of decision time, and they still come back asking for the next finish.

    Solution

Digital samples that close the loop

Send a configurator link instead of a sample box. The architect explores every finish in 3D and AR, configures their preferred run, and gets back to you with a decision in days, not weeks.

Built for the work that happens between sketch and contract

Every step where you used to email a spreadsheet, now lives inside the configurator.

Configurations export as branded spec sheets - dimensions, finishes, mounting type, SKU codes, B2B pricing, your logo. Send it from the configurator to the architect's inbox; drop it into the project file. The quote is already written.

Save and share configuration

Save & Share

A saved configuration is a project conversation: the architect saves the run, the project manager reviews finishes, the contractor checks dimensions. Every save is a tracked B2B touchpoint and a reason to follow up.

View dimensions overlay

View Dimensions

Every variant carries its real-world measurements. The architect toggles dimensions on, sees the modular run against the room, and stops asking 'will it fit the alcove?'

Augmented reality preview

Augmented Reality

Walk the architect through the modular run in their actual space. AR removes the last bit of doubt before the contract is signed - and reduces requests for physical samples to near zero.

Branded UI example

Branded UI

The configurator your reps demo on a Tuesday is the same one architects use on Wednesday. One brand, one experience, no surprises - because every spec sheet looks like it came from your design team.

Frequently asked by B2B and project teams

How does it handle our customer-specific pricing for B2B accounts?
Customer-specific pricing flows through the configurator. B2B accounts, contract pricing, project tiers, and volume discounts all carry over from your existing pricing engine - the architect sees their negotiated rate, not the consumer rate.
Can architects and dealers access the configurator separately from end customers?
Yes. The Resellers feature gives B2B partners their own login, their own pricing visibility, and a quote-export workflow. End-customer prices stay hidden; project-specific terms carry through to the spec sheet.
Does it integrate with our quote/order system?
Yes. Configurations export to your existing quote tool, ERP, or order system via API or direct integration. Some customers route them straight into Salesforce, Pipedrive, or custom B2B order portals.
Can the configurator export to BIM/CAD for architects?
We deliver assets as glTF/GLB and most native CAD formats (STEP, IGES, OBJ, FBX). For architects who need BIM-ready files, we can include IFC export on request - especially common for contract and large-fit-out projects.
What if a project needs custom modules outside our standard SKUs?
The configurator handles standard SKUs natively. For genuinely custom builds, we either extend the configurator with project-specific modules, or our team produces a one-off rendering and spec sheet you can send alongside the standard quote.
How long until launch?
Eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to live, depending on catalog size and 3D asset readiness. We can launch with one product family or one B2B segment first and expand from there.
