Sell the full modular range in your stores and on your webshop
Planner Studio is a 3D configurator for furniture retailers and showroom brands that sell modular, made-to-order ranges. Customers build the sofa or shelving they want from every module, fabric and finish, and see the price as they go. The same configurator runs on your product pages and on a store tablet. Customers add their configuration to the webshop cart, or save it and buy in the store, where your staff open it and continue. Start with one series and add the next when the dashboard shows it is selling. When a supplier changes fabrics or discontinues variants, our team updates the configurator. The platform runs 40+ configurators across 10+ markets.
Problems we hear from furniture retailers with stores
-
Challenge
Customers only see the combinations you have photographed
A modular series has more combinations than a store can display or a studio can photograph. The floor shows one or two set-ups with a stack of fabric samples, and the webshop sells the variants that already have images. For any other combination the customer has to find a salesperson, and customers who want to explore on their own often leave before they ask.
SolutionEvery module, fabric and finish is shown in 3D
The configurator shows the full series with its real configuration rules, so customers can build any valid combination and see it from every angle, with dimensions and price. In the store, staff use the same configurator on a tablet or screen next to the display model.

Challenge
Sales staff build the order by hand
In many stores a sofa is still put together from a price list and fabric samples, then typed into the sales system line by line. A missing colour number sends the order back from the supplier, and production waits. Training new staff to quote the full range takes time.
SolutionOnly valid configurations can be built
The configurator follows the rules for modules, fabrics and finishes, so every configuration is one that can be produced. Each one carries its modules, fabric, dimensions and price in a readable summary, as a PDF for the customer and as structured data your order system can collect through the Planner API.

Challenge
The salesperson starts again when the customer comes into the store
Customers research a modular sofa online and come to the store to sit on it, feel the fabric and ask about delivery. When the store cannot see what they built at home, the salesperson starts again from the beginning. A customer who leaves the store to measure the living room has to remember what was on the screen.
SolutionOne saved configuration follows the customer
Every configuration can be saved as a link, sent by email or downloaded as a PDF. Staff open the customer's saved configuration in the store and continue from there, and a configuration started in the store can be finished at home on any device.
