How much does The Planner Studio 3D configurator cost?

The Planner Studio offers three pricing tiers: Starter (for small catalogs and simple configurations), Professional (for growing businesses with multiple products), and Enterprise (for large-scale, multi-market operations). Pricing is based on your product catalog size, configuration complexity, and required integrations. Contact us for a customized quote based on your specific needs.

What’s included in the monthly subscription?

All plans include: Hosting of 3D assets, both Generator and Modular interaction models, AR capabilities, admin panel with analytics, multi-language and multi-currency support, e-commerce integration, UI customization to match your brand, configuration sharing and saving, and ongoing platform updates. Support level varies by tier.

Are there setup or implementation fees?

Yes, there is a one-time implementation fee that covers initial setup, integration with your e-commerce platform, UI customization, training, and configuration. The implementation fee varies based on complexity, number of products, required integrations (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, ERP systems), and customization needs. Implementation typically takes 1-3 months.

Do you charge per product or per configuration?

Our pricing is subscription-based, not per-transaction or per-configuration. You pay a monthly or annual fee based on your catalog size and feature needs. There are no additional charges for the number of configurations your customers create or the traffic your configurator receives.

What about 3D model creation costs?

3D model creation is separate from the platform subscription. If you already have 3D models, we can optimize them for web performance. If you need 3D models created, we can recommend trusted 3D modeling partners or provide guidance on model specifications so your team or external agency can create them. Model costs vary based on product complexity and quantity.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes, we typically require a 12-month minimum contract for new customers. This ensures sufficient time to implement the configurator, optimize it based on user data, and achieve ROI. After the initial period, contracts can renew annually or transition to month-to-month depending on your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are typically processed at your next renewal period. If your needs change significantly, contact us to discuss the best plan for your current situation.
