How much does The Planner Studio cost?

We offer two products – 3D Product Configurator and 3D Room Planner – each with three tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Pricing depends on your catalog size, configuration needs, and required integrations. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What’s included in the subscription?

All plans include hosting of 3D assets, real-time 3D visualization, AR capabilities, admin panel with analytics, branded UI customization, e-commerce integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), configuration saving and sharing, PDF downloads, and ongoing platform updates.

Do you charge per product or per configuration?

Our pricing is subscription-based, not per-transaction or per-configuration. You pay a monthly or annual fee based on your catalog size and feature needs. There are no additional charges for the number of configurations your customers create or the traffic your configurator receives.

What about 3D model creation costs?

3D model creation is separate from the platform subscription. If you already have 3D models (GLB format preferred), we can optimize them for web. If you need models created, we offer 3D Model Creation Services or can recommend trusted partners. Costs vary based on product complexity.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes, we typically require a 12-month minimum contract for new customers. This ensures sufficient time to implement the configurator, optimize it based on user data, and achieve ROI. After the initial period, contracts can renew annually or transition to month-to-month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time as your business grows. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are typically processed at your next renewal period. If your needs change significantly, contact us to discuss the best plan for your current situation.

What’s the difference between Product Configurator and Room Planner?

The 3D Product Configurator lets customers customize individual products (choose materials, colors, modules, dimensions). The 3D Room Planner lets customers design complete spaces with your furniture catalog – placing products in rooms, measuring distances, and visualizing layouts. Many brands use both.

What’s the typical ROI timeframe for a 3D configurator?

Most furniture brands see ROI within 3-6 months through increased conversion rates (typically 40% improvement), reduced return rates (often 50% reduction), and higher average order values from customization.

Are integrations included or extra?

Standard integrations with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) are included in all plans. ERP integration readiness is available from the Professional tier. Custom integrations with proprietary systems are available on the Enterprise tier.

Do you offer a free trial or demo?

We offer personalized demos where we walk you through the platform using examples relevant to your products. We can also create a proof-of-concept with a sample of your products so you can evaluate the configurator before committing.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer both annual and monthly payment options. Annual payment includes a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. We can discuss payment terms that work for your business.
